An elderly member of the family fell down and was unable to get up. This person also had the the television very loud, so alexa couldn't hear them to call anybody else either. I think there are some issue with wilexa. So if you've got someone in your family that may be counting on one of these devices to make an emergency call, it's better to advise them to get a watch that has the bilting just like double click or triple click.
