Casey Miller was the boyfriend of Josh's ex-girlfriend Charlene. She owned a pink Glock 9 millimeter semi-automatic pistol, police say. Casey tried to get her gun permits in Texas and New York State. A ballistics test ruled out that particular Glock as the one that killed a couple.
