How to Mitigate the Impacts of Development on Existing Habitants

High biodiversity values is land that is particularly sensitive for development and clearing. Depending on your site and development this can trigger ecologists, they need to come out and undertake a report which then describes the potential effects of development on existing habitants or species found on that site. It's basically saying there might be koalas there. Obviously you guys would need to comeout on site to to see whether there's an orchid or a koala or a panda or whoever. How much I suppose what I'm getting at is how far do we go down this path before we start putting in offers and buying this.
