We made the decision not to name him because he hasn't been arrested or charged. When you don't name some one, it means that people don't know who that person is and therefore they can't say, that happened to me too. We're saying, whether he smoke, thirs usually fire. And we asking some brave men to go in his building and tell us whether thi's fire or not. But i don't think a good thing about it, is there? Youno, we all played. If those 20 mediate coverages, maybe five wold take that reproach of wet not saying it, and 15 will. The truth will come out.
We continue our interview with Attorney Darnell Crossland who represents the families of Lauren Smith-Fields as well as Brenda Rawls. Darnell emphasizes that there does not have to be warring sides in this case — Lauren’s family vs the police vs the individual who was with Lauren when she died. He says they are all on the same side, the side of finding out the whole truth so everyone can know what really happened.
