We are now moving again for a multitude of reasons, mostly because when you buy a house that goes up quickly, we get real thin walls. Gaven newsom signed a new bill into law late last year which was like two hous housing bills that allowed for denser housing on single family lots. So it's difficult out here for pretty much everyone, just trying to find a house to live. And allas got a lot of work to do if were gong to all resolve this crisis.
