How to Practice Well-Being

We're often mistaken intuitively about what we think in the moment is going to be helpful for a well-being. Warren gives a great example of how we don't always make effective choices in the moment because, well, we're human. But when we are in the habit of doing those things that make a difference in our long-term well-being, not only is life is better, generally speaking, but the ice cream tastes better and the cat videos are funnier.
