Federman vs Oz

Brian Federman, a Republican running for the U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania, is recovering from a stroke. His campaign sent out a memo about closed captioning and how it could be used to paint him in a negative light during tonight's debate. He says he would not be able to do his job if that was his handicap. The GOP candidate had a 14 point lead going into the debate but now sits at one point behind Democrat Joe Biden by six points.
