CNN's John Sutter says he thinks the DOJ has a strong case against Donald Trump. The indictment goes into great detail about false electors scheme that was happening in seven states, and it seems like such a hair-brained idea to think you could pull this off. But as Smith argues here, I think had a real, posed a real danger to the integrity of the election.
