The Reinvigoration of Industrial Policy Framings in the US

There is a reinvigoration of industrial policy framings that's happening before us right now. And it's not like the US China arms race rhetoric, I think is one front on which the US is unfolding. We're also seeing this emerge out of the EU in some complicated ways in its relationship to US based tech companies and its orientation toward regulatory interventions or not.
