Taking the Poison Pill

Elon musk is trying to buy Twitter. The board of directors rejected his offer, so they took a 'poison pill' approach that dilutes the stock and makes it more expensive for someone like musk to buy it. CNN's John Sutter says he doesn't see this as a threat in the same way some on the left do. "I think millionaires like musk should pay tax rates proportional to their income," writes Sutter.
