How to Find a Lender

Good contractors allow you to pay more than your competition, but still make more profit. The lender is the person on your team who allows you to use other people's money to buy properties. Good investors should be looking for deals, not someone to fund them. Many newer investors don't make an effort to build relationships with different lenders until it's too late.
