I just can't get my head around the fact that God and Noah were on speaking terms when he was building the ark,. After the flood, Noah had to use a dove to go find land when God could have just pointed him in the right direction. And if the ark didn't have a rudder or motor on it, what difference did it make anyway? They were adrift, right?
