The Decline of Motor Rates in the United States
2020 saw a dramatic increase in motor rates in the United States in some places, 30% increases. And then this year there's a dramatic reduction in motor rates. Property crime is actually on the increase, but it's a dramatically lower. It has to do with police returning, you know, police budgets being increased. There's something sociological going on that is resulting in less death.
