The number one objection to this is that it's going to negatively impact form conversion rates at night. We are launching a Salesforce application in March that actually does all of this. It'll automatically categorize it into preset buckets based on what the person's would like, and then connect it from the person to the contact leader or wherever it goes. So if you're interested, would love to work together and publish some of that data to give people more confidence to actually do this because it's the number one reason people say no.
