STT Arthritis - Is STT Arthradesis the Best Treatment?

A 64 year old right hand dominant woman has been experiencing radial sided right wrist pain particularly with opening jars and pinching. On exam she has tenderness directly over her thinar eminence and swelling distally along her FCR tendon. The choices are 1. Skafo, trapezio, trapezoidal or STT arthradesis, 2. Open skate-foid distal pole resection, 3. Arthroscopic skate-foids distal Pole resection, and 5. Scarpo, metacarpal joint or CMC joint arthradingis.
