The Fed's Rate Cuts
We're pricing in four rate cuts through January 31st, 2024. Our thought is the Fed's going to raise one more time next month and then pause. We think they're going to hold that just to ensure that inflation is really under control. So those four rate cuts probably don't happen in 25 basis point increments in our minds. They happen in 100 or 200 basis point increments when something really breaks. And we like being short here and waiting for a better entry point.
