The Human Instinct for Revenge
The second trial took place April 11th of 2019. His lawyer tried to argue that he was mentally unstable from his mother's death and that the revenge was actually human instinct. The defense attorney starts talking about books like the Count of Monte Cristo, like Hamlet. He almost felt like he was doing God's work because every bad crime needs to have a consequence. And I'm not saying that my client was right, but that's what makes humans human.
