The Importance of Pointy Shoes
In 1458 it was ruled that no labourers or husbands wear any colour except grey or white on workdays. And on holidays only light blue, green or red and their wives likewise. So why wear your finest pointy shoes when the only colour you're allowed to don is grey or white? Yeah. It's not part of you quite like that. Different colours, Mother of Marunde.
