Paul Begala: I was looking for the contours of the actual plea agreement because quite outrageously, we didn't know that as well going into the hearing. He says he would have expected even more fireworks from a federal judge. Begala: The only danger is they're going to try in the next 30 days to rework this deal and might make it palpable to her. And I don't see any deal that should be done at this time with the full knowledge what the IRS whistleblowers are saying.
