I like to buy sides that are under distressed s. That me they might have a lot of traffic because the individual put a lot of effort riting content, but they just don't know how to monitise. I'm not going to buy that side, because those people are just like me. They kind of over optimize the side and takeway all the revenue crems af potential. With an older domain, e sold just one copy. So even if you just stick on normal eselake, you'll make three times, at least four times that.
