The New Sacraments of Baptism and the Lord's Supper

Paul says that everyone who is baptized in the Christ is baptized into his death. We are baptized into that same death. His death is our death and if we've been given his death, we're also given the guarantee of his resurrection. So there's a continuity that God always works through physical means because we're physical creatures. But when you get to Christ, there's escalation to where you go from the lesser to the greater - which is really what the book of Hebrews is all about.
