The Importance of HTTP Archive Statistics
The average number of requests on a web page has also shot up. The biggest 19, 20% of web pages now have between 51 and 75 requests per page. That was one block lower in the graph down to like 26 to 50 five years ago. So we've not only increased the payload size of all our images. We've also increased almost, by double the number of times we're asking for something whether it's a script or whether it's an image or CSS or something. And those also really, really slow down the load in the web page. Ocov is a potential block.
