Are You Threw Out of a Casino?
I was told at a Pennsylvania casino recently that I couldn't return to the casino there anymore after playing blackjack there for card counting. The statute literally says it shall be an affirmative defense to trespassing that the premises are open to the public for recreational purposes or something exactly like that. So are you able to go in? Yes. Will you be arrested? Yes. will you be convicted? No. It's weird. But that's my take on Pennsylvania law. All right, on the other technicalities that you can play with, refused certified mail has been accepted as constructive notice in many jurisdictions. And I believe by the federal government as well.
