Sound and sound can shift your subconscious thoughts so quickly I mean I've not found anything more powerful than sound. The mantras bring the resonant frequency of nature into our minds. If you implement these two practices if you can strengthen your digestion which is a core part of your immunity and focus your mind on positive vibrations you would almost have to really work at being unsuccessful in life. When I'm saying good vibrations I literally mean good vibration. You know but the knees rustling the wind blowing through the trees they immediately relax your mind.
