How to Evaluate a Wide Receiver

Jameer Gibbs is one of my favorite targets in fantasy football. I do think it's probably a little unfair to weigh Josh Jacobs first three seasons the exact same way as last year. The reason I'm not higher on him in that RB eight range is just because I'm a little bit concerned about his workload from last year.
