The Illegitimacy of the Courts

A lot of people on my left who are really angry at the courts, look at conservative judges and this is kind of shading into another area and believe that some of them are corrupt. I want to stick up for the court system here for a moment. There have been district court opinions that are that merit side eye. It's a legal process. The fact that everything doesn't get it resolved in 24, 48, 72 hours is actually okay. And so I'm getting really weary of this analysis of the courts that goes something along the lines of, man, courts are really ruling against the positions.
