(36:00) More serious ones are obstructed bowel and gastroparesis (paralyzed intestines, so food doesn't pass through). There is muscle wasting, but don't forget, your heart is a muscle, too. When you regularly eat a lot of carbs, you don't realize how much of your brain fog, aches, pains, etc. are related. It becomes your "normal," and you don't know what you don't know.
