Is There a No Fly Zone?

Nato has given a green light to the bombing of eucranian cities and villages by refusing to create a no fly zone. Vladimir zelenski, just a couple of days ago, said this direct to nato,. He said, all the people who die from this day forward will also die because of you. We're not giving him a veto. However, we are going to give weapons and equipment to ukraine to defend itself. It may not be everything that potentially could be done, but i have laid out those escalation risks very clearly, and they are real.
