If you are doing two strength sessions a week, but you're also running four to five times a week, your body is going to priortis adapting to endurance over anything else. So keep that in mind. Body builders put in so much time and effort to put on any sort of muscle mass, they kind of laugh at a runner that says, ah, i don't wan to be a jim goer because ijus don't want to put on too much muscle. We work so hard to do it. You can't stumble into a jim and put on muscle. It's just notking to happen.
