Is Russia the Second Best Military in the World?

I was one of the people who thought that Russia wouldn't actually pull the trigger because they could accomplish what they wanted by threat and intimidation. But I don't know anybody who thought the Russian military was this bad. The second big surprise is that as fearful as the Biden administration and other Western governments are about setting off World War III, then nonetheless continue and escalating support Ukraine. Third big surprise for me,. how well the Russian economy has managed despite a really innovative set of economic restrictions placed on it by Western governments. And I guess for him,  the fourth big surprise. This is so unfair to Rosa because you guys are listening. You can't use either of those. Same another one
