i love the notion of just picturing moses here giving this final speech, this final a sermon. He knows what's happened in the past, and he knows whre they're going to be led into. And he also knows where they're gong to be most tempted to be unfaithful to god. In numbers, chapter 24, we have one of the greatest prophecies of the coming of jesus - balaam's prophecy. I see him, but not now. i behold him,but not near. A star shall come forth out of jacob, and a sceptre shall rise out of israel. The sceptre shall not depart from judah
