The Federal Reserve system is indeed imperfect, but hamstringing the bank with more oversight could forever damage the potential of the American economy. It's cute to delude yourself into thinking you can call plays in the NFL because you can kill it in Madden 17 or you won last week's fantasy football matchup. It's quite another thing to think you know best about monetary policy and global macro economics because you've read info wars and voted for Ron Paul. The only reason Trump would bring up the Fed is because of the success of the messaging of a Ron Paul and Alex Jones at info wars.
