In the united states, i found that everyone takes cries of their job. My father taught me a, my father told me a line that stuck with me which was, thing worth anything, worth doing, is worth doing well. I think americans really appreciate that. It's like asking fish what is water? The idea of work, hard work, work ethic, is so ingrained in American culture it's not at all surprising. And that that fit me really well, because i really care.
