The report itself, we are told, is going to be divided into several different sections with different thematic focuses. And so in the executive summary, there is a statement of each different theme that I believe tracks exactly the themes of each of the public hearings that the committee undertook. So I want to come back to the criminal referrals and some of the ways in which the executive summary built some of its case for what those referrals were based on.
