I have thought for a long time that we needed what I would call an industrial policy when we start to have smart grids. The idea of friend shoring becomes much more important and you saw an interesting speech actually last year. Friend shoring means we rely on Canada, Mexico, places that are not as unfriendly as Saudi Arabia or Russia could be at times. We need to get Europe on board with that. It's one thing for the US or North America and South America together which are a big block. This is something that's going to be tricky as well.
