Coinbase doesn't have even a money transmitter license in California. The way they've read their statute is we weren't thinking about something like Bitcoin when we wrote about money transmitter. So for California to kind of have realized that and not lost it, I thought was actually a really good thing. They understood that they'd become almost like a clogged pipeline from it.
