The labor market conditions have improved a lot. You can still get daily housekeeping but it's with requests in many lower end brands and select service brands. For our luxury hotels and our lifestyle hotels, we are maintaining daily housekeeping. But I think it's going to, we will discover a different type of equilibrium going forward.
