The Eagles' Preseason Preview

Kobe Dean was a third-round pick by the Eagles in 2013. He's been on and off during his time with the team, but is he going to be able to make the roster this year? The book on him was that he was raw; maybe it does take a little bit more time than we thought. Matt Jennings aka not Matt J on Twitter said what is the plan behind the Kobe Dean? I don't know if we can trust him or not, but I'm willing to hear now.
