There's a great early on in this book. There's something that really hits with me. Maybe I've been afraid to say it. But you talk about this and this is a generalized statement, but I think it's quite applicable. No sense of urgency. It's gone. Even situations that a fair number of people regard as outrageous, they're simply tolerated. We've lost the ability to imagine a future very different from the present we have.
