Users are getting their information stolen and they're even getting tricked with HTML injection. They have opened the door for a site that they've produced trusted content or received what they thought was trusted content from a vendor, but now that vendor's gone. That is one of the things you should be doing. Check logs to see if your website makes use of embedded HTTP links that are no longer working. Perform transaction tests regularly. Review your web-based supply chain links. Really understand what you're doing when you rely on URLs that are provided by other people.
