How Are You Helping Google With Their People Data?

At Google we would do massive employee survey every year questions about how you feel about your manager or the work environment and different things that we would be able to use to build strategy around how people were. I had still paid a lot of attention to how I was showing data so at one point we were building out an internal training program and people came to me saying hey can you build us some courses focusing on this? So yeah it gave me an opportunity to pause and do some research which was like 2009-ish but there's so much more readily available now in this space than there used to be.
