Greeks come first, and they create this y complicated mith cycle. The romans are the most incredible magpies. They steal ideas and stories from all over the world. There's an awful lot of man discovering terrible truth of self in greek myth. And i think that's probably what kind of draws us into it and keep coming back to it.
