The Conspiracy Theory of Detective Grant

Detective Grant joined the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in 1969 at the age of 22. He was selected for the Elite Specialized Crime Activity Team, which worked undercover to bust felony crime rings. By 1975, he started to feel burned out by the dangerous nature of his work and left to open a retail music store in Malibu. Detective Grant found Courtney's behavior so suspicious that he taped all of their conversations during his investigation into Kurt's whereabouts.
