The Cons of Investing With Friends

It can be quite fun to invest with friends. I mean it's as fun if you're all making money that's for sure. So it's good to make money together. Let's come across now to the cons though and I do think that number one is that people's situations change. You know things can happen when you've got three different households or two different households investing in some property. And so that can be a big con because you don't know whether somebody's situation is going to change when it's going to change.
