Police at the time did a report in 1976, which looked at that and said, is this providing us decent intelligence? And it said, yes, it is. A lot of it was around for police operations for public order events. So it wasn't necessarily getting evidence to convict people that it might have been. It was a kind of public order intelligence gathering operation.
