Minsky: Let's rig the prices. Off set the instability. Well, that's a very academic way of saying essentially let's plan the economy. So if you see stocks at all time highs, you should probably look around the room and see what a regulator, a central banker, a politician has done to potentially get those all time high prices in stocks. And then from their perspective, there's no chance for a crash. I mean, this is a planned economy not unlike what the USSR was dealing with in the 1980s.
