Justin Jones and Justin Pearson say they are not giving up. A majority of the Nashville City Council already committing to reinstating Jones at a meeting next week. The Tennessee Constitution cannot be expelled for the same offense twice, so Republicans would have to come up with a different reason to get rid of them. In other words, bring your bull horns again, guys.
