So five years ago, my voice sounded like a senior citizen,. ecause i was still weak from the years of not being able to speak. But because i do this for an hour o day, my voice just got stronger. I thinkif if your voice gets stronger, it makes you feel younger. It does sound very different. I sound good for 75.
