Do You Think the Fed Will Continue to Go Up?
I do think that we have a lot of volatility still to go. Valuations are still extended on certain parts of the tech space and on certain stocks. I still like technology, but it is important to have diversification. Financial stocks have very low P ratios. They've been beat up this year as well. And you think about what's happened with rates. The rates have gone up significantly. We are sitting at almost a 7% 30-year mortgage right now. It has doubled in the last year. Banks aren't paying me 7% for the money sitting, which I think it can't last I check.
