The Ukraine's Counter-Offensive Is Making Marginal Gains

CNN's John Defterios says the U.S. has to make major gains in Ukraine if it wants support from Europe and Congress. The main objective for President Obama is access to the Black Sea ports, he says. But that won't be easy because Russia doesn't have a Navy or amphibious assault ships as they once did, Defterios adds.
